Brookside Association Members: We are required, by our Bylaws to register out pet(s) with the Association. Below is a link to get a copy of the Form you'll need. Cats and Dogs must be registered and any other pet that is not normally caged or enclosed, such as Fish or Birds. The completed form should be mailed to Jim Theunick our Property Manager.
VILLA OWNERS AND ESTATE OWNERS TOO, TAKE NOTE: Before you do anything that changes the exterior appearance of your Brookside Home file an Alteration Request Form to insure that the modifications you wish to do are allowed. Any modifications that alter the exterior of your Brookside Home must first be approved by the Board of Directors. Full instructions are contained in the form.
